The Group Reservation Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of STO and corporate and group reservations. This position requires a strong customer service orientation, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various hotel departments to ensure the satisfaction of our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- STO, Corporate and Group Reservations Management:
- Handle STO, Corporate and group inquiries, requests, and reservations with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all reservations, including room blocks, event spaces, and special requests.
- Coordinate with onsite property teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of bookings.
Contract Negotiation:
- Negotiate group rates, contract terms, and conditions with STO operators and corporate clients.
- Prepare and distribute contracts, ensuring all agreements are compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
- Collect deposits and payments from confirmed reservations and manage billing processes.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Serve as the main point of contact for STO operators, corporate clients, and group organizers, providing timely responses to inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with Front Desk to ensure the smooth arrival and departure of guests.
- Communicate special requests and preferences to relevant hotel departments.
Inventory and Yield Management:
- Monitor room availability and rates for STO and corporate groups, adjusting pricing and room allocations to maximize revenue.
- Analyze data and reports to identify trends and opportunities for optimizing STO and corporate group bookings.
Guest Satisfaction:
- Conduct pre-arrival calls or meetings with STO operators and corporate clients to ensure all expectations are met.
- Address any guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare regular reports on STO and corporate group reservation performance, revenue, and occupancy levels.
- Maintain accurate records of all STO and corporate group contracts, correspondence, and reservations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in hotel reservations or group sales.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
